Blog Info and a Question

Filed under: Uncategorized — ambercouric @ 7:30 pm

I am thinking about changing the format of my blog.  I think I need  a design that uses a bigger font.  If I try one out that you HATE please let me know.  If I try one that you LOVE let me know that too.  I want  a design that is easy to read and functional at the same time.

I am also thinking I may start adding pictures if I have something that is relevant to the post of the day.  Do you like pictures on a blog?

Also,  just wanted to mention that I have updated my blogroll.  I have added quite a few so if you have a few minutes click on a couple of  links.  You may find a new blog that you really like.

  1. I love the new layout. Very clean! I’m okay either way with pictures or not. I use them sometimes, it adds a nice visual.

  2. It’s nice and clean, but the words seem to be really stretched out (it could be my screen setting?), so instead of an easy-to-read column, it’s a much wider format.

  3. Hi there-I love this new look-I like a bigger font, it looks good. Everything looks organised and easy to view too!

  4. I think everything looks cleaner, but the words do look a bit stretched out. Not in a bad way, in my opinion. As for pictures, I think they’re nice but not necessary when you’re a PF blogger. 🙂 I read food and craft blogs, so it’s nice to see what the finished product should look like but I don’t think that’s an issue here.

  5. I really like it! it’s nice and clear, really easy to read. I think pictures can be good sometimes but not essential every post unless you want them.

  8. I like the new look! Very nice! I personally love pictures (which is why I add some, regardless of relevance), but it’s your blog and totally up to you. I’ve already found some great new blogs through your blogroll, too! 🙂

  9. Love the new format. I’m not sure what people are commenting about re: stretched font since it looks fine on my computer. I personally love pictures to blogs. I guess it’s because I also love watching TV and reading comic strips. Heh heh.

  10. Thanks for all the comments. There are a couple of things I would like to change but overall so far I’m happy with the design.

    Any other opinions?

Also, thanks for checking out the blogs. I have some more that I am reading so I will probably add some new ones in another week or so.

  12. I like it, it does seem stretched but not in a bad way. I’m probably going to play around with templates during the next week as well, I’m never satisfied. I include pictures when they’re relevant.

  13. So much fun to try a new look! I like pictures and try to use them myself but I don’t use one with every post. I usually read you on my feed but I’ll come to the site and check out your new look! Thanks for adding me to your blogroll!
